Seven hundred years ahead in time, in two hours. For those who would like to experience a cross section of the history of Amsterdam. En route you will find surprising shops, bars and restaurants. The audio guide starts on the Dam square. You could opt to walk the route, although we advise you to cycle. There are plenty of bicycle rental spots close by. Be advised: Cycling in Amsterdam is an interesting challenge! So watch out for tramrails, cabs and certainly for other cyclists! Please note that this route is 30 MB to download. Best would be to use wifi!

Gevelreclames in de stad: cultuurhistorisch erfgoed? Fraaie vormen van toegepaste kunst? Of ordinaire reclameboodschappen? De manier waarop ernaar gekeken wordt kan verschillen. Een aantal Amsterdammers die zich zorgen maakte over de toekomst van historische gevelreclames in hun stad richtten in 2002 de Werkgroep Historische Gevelreclames Amsterdam - het WHGA - op. Deze deelwandeling uit het boekje Muurreclames in Mokum - onder andere te koop bij Hoogstins op de Kinkerstraat - begint op het Kwakersplein en leidt u langs een aantal gerestaureerde werken in stadsdeel West en geeft u zo een unieke inkijk in het historisch ondernemerschap van de buurt en het werk van het WHGA.

In 2 uur 700 jaar vooruit in de tijd Voor wie een dwarsdoorsnede van de Amsterdamse geschiedenis wil zien! Met onderweg verrassende winkels, café's en restaurants. De route begint op de Dam. U kunt de route wandelen maar we raden u aan om met de fiets te gaan. U kunt op verschillende plekken een fiets huren. U weet het: fietsen in deze stad is een vak apart! Kijk uit voor tramrails, taxi’s maar vooral voor andere fietsers! Let op! Deze route is ongeveer 30MB om te downloaden. Het valt dus aan te raden dit met WIFI te doen.
