Op 10 april 1943 rijdt een bus het terrein van de inrichting voor verstandelijk gehandicapten ‘s Heeren Loo op. Sjaak Zegerius is een kleine jongen en woont in de inrichting. Hij ziet hoe twaalf Joodse bewoners in de bus worden gestopt. Ze worden naar kamp Westerbork gebracht.
