Op deze plaats leren vissen de trap te nemen. Dankzij deze vistrap kunnen soorten als beekje, bermprik en snoek stroomopwaarts migreren.
Op een zonnige dag zie je ze zwemmen aan de twee bruggen aan het bezoekerscentrum.
Ook de ijsvogel maakt graag gebruik van deze vispassage om te jagen.
