Beschrijving wandeling:
De wandeling begint bij de 15de eeuwse Mariakerk die op het Dorpsplein staat. Het plein ligt in de schaduw van een aantal oude linden. Op het plein ligt een “vaete”, een poel waar eeuwenlang het vee van de dorpsgemeenschap zijn dorst kon lessen. Loop vanaf de kerktoren in zuidelijke richting het dorp uit (Clementstraat); eerste weg rechts (Akerweg); na scherpe bocht naar links paadje naar rechts (net voor metalen bankje).
