Rechts wordt zand afgegraven en wordt het zand verwerkt door een grote installatie. Tot 2020 ontstaat hier een diepe plas die later voor een groot deel weer opgevuld zal worden. Deze plas is zeker in de winter een magneet voor watervogels en voor slapende en drinkende ganzen.
Vervolg de route over de Kekerdomse Schutdam. Aan het einde links afbuigen.
